PROCEEDS: All proceeds go into our Charitable Trust Fund. All donations are fully tax deductible (FEI #20 1175762). If interested, we can provide the beneficiaries of our Charitable Trust.

ADVERTISING: Our major sponsors are WWJB Radio, Capital City Bank and the Tampa Times. We will be advertising on the radio, in the newspaper, online with The Tampa Bay Times and our website(s) (displaying pictures of donations).

AUCTION AGREEMENT: Fill out the auction agreement. Full description of the item will be used to sell it, so be sure it describes the donation fully but succinctly. Be sure to provide an email address. If you can provide a picture of any donation for our online site, please do so. If not, someone can come by later as a follow up, if needed.

PICK UP OF DONATION: If the item donated (not a “service”) is to be picked up at the business, please note on agreement. If the item is taken by the Rotarian, also note that.

CASH DONATIONS: Always welcomed! If the business doesn’t have a service or product to donate, let them know that a cash donation is always appreciated and they will be mentioned in advertising.

UNSALABLE DONATIONS: Discounts off of services or products do NOT sell well. We try to get at least a value of $75 donations (unless a restaurant). If your donation is less than $75, we may bundle with other items. Dry cleaning, hair dressers, animal services, and restaurants always sell well!

SHIPPING: If you are not local, and you win an auction item, you must arrange pickup, delivery, or shipping of the item. The cost of shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer should the item be shipped.
